- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paid my car insurance premium for 6 months. A month later, I get papers saying they have raised my rates because they couldn't find a driving record or license for my son - who isn't named on my insurance because he has never driven or had a license (he just turned 16 about a week ago). Letter says call your agent if you have questions, so I did. It is currently within office hours & I have been on hold for TEN MINUTES. Last time I had to go into the office they were so incredibly rude that I was hoping to avoid going back in Guess I will have to take my business elsewhere.
